Here you will find information which is relevant for shopping at WonHundred.com. Please contact us should you not find answers to your questions.

Placing an order

After having placed an order you will receive an automatically generated email containing a list of the purchased products and your personal data. This email is not a legally binding order confirmation. It is only a preliminary confirmation. This gives us the possibility to cancel your order if the problem is due to: typographical errors, technical problems, delivery failure or similar situations.

Invoice/receipt

Apart from the e-mail you receive when you have placed your order, you will also receive an original receipt along with your package. This receipt is your invoice. It is also possible to find the receipt afterwards at our web site.

Exchanges and returns

We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price, provided we receive the goods within 20 days of despatch. We ask that the items arrive back to us in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. Choose a currier that supplies you with a tracking number as you are responsible for the package while in transit. www.wonhundred.com cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase. We strive to process all return within a week from receiving them but no longer than 30 days maximum. Please refer to your card issuer's terms & conditions for further info.

Complaints

You have a period of 24 months to complain about an item should it not live up to our usual standard. E-mail us at customercare@wonhundred.com describing the problem. If the item has flaws or is damaged upon arrival the item will be repaired or exchanged and shipped to you, all of which off course will be done asap after having received the defect item. If the item is out of stock we will refund the amount to the card/payment method used for purchase

Colors

We cannot guarantee that the colors on the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends on the color settings of your computer.

Price -/typographical errors

Won hundred cannot guarantee that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors and cannot be held responsible for such errors.

Privacy

When you have visited wonhundred.com the following information is available to us:

If you have enabled cookies in your browser settings, a cookie will instantly be downloaded when you visit wonhundred.com. The information is used only for managing wonhundred.com. Storing your personal data

Your name, address, phone number etc. are treated in confidence and used to process your purchase. Regarding the financial statements of commercial enterprises, the law requires us to keep this information for five years. Wonhundred.com is responsible for handling your personal data. Your data is stored in a database at a secure server that cannot be accessed directly from the internet.

We will not inform a third party about your personal information. According to law of how to handle personal information you have the opportunity to gain insight and complain about information concerning you.

The site may contain links to other websites beyond our control. Won hundred cannot be held responsible for content or privacy policies of such sites.

When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by WonHundred.com. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.
All transaction on WonHundred.com are processed using Quickpay, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. WonHundred.com makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

Website security

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure WonHundred.com use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. SSL encrypts and secures the internet traffic you send to us. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the security device icon at checkout.
You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser during checkout, you will see it begin with ´https://´ instead of the normal ´http://´. This indicates that you are in secure mode.

To ensure that your information is kept private, we do not store any payment information in our database.

Delivery
Delivery Information

All orders are processed at our distribution center in Copenhagen, Denmark within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Order processing may take up to five days during our sales period. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Danish Public Holidays.
A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your order.

Danish Orders
Danish orders are shipped with GLS. When choosing GLS standard delivery service, your order will be shipped to your local delivery point and notification will be sent by email when your package is ready to be collected.

International Delivery

Orders within the EU will ship via gls. Please note that the goods cannot be left without a signature and that couriers usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address (recommended).
Orders outside the EU will ship via FedEx
All orders are fully traceable at www.fedex.com and www.gls-group.eu respectively. Up to date delivery information can be accessed at any time.

Important Information

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues such as payment authorization and destination customs clearance may cause delays.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

Insurance

WonHundred.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by the third party is sufficient evidence of delivery and fulfillment by WonHundred.com. Transfer of responsibility will therefore be passed to the recipient.

Taxes and Duties

European Union
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Danish VAT at 25 %. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price displayed at checkout.

Rest of the World
Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Danish VAT. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. GLS will invoice you for the local taxes and duties. Since we are unable to make assessments regarding fees, we recommend you contact your local GLS office to obtain an estimate.

Costs

For orders within Denmark the shipping cost is 60 DKK for orders below 1000 DKK. For orders over 1000 DKK there will be no charge.
The following courier is used: Package – online payment / GLS – shipping rates are60 DKK.
For orders outside Denmark we will deliver you purchase with 1-5 working days. The package will be delivered by GLS and the cost is individually estimated, depending on your country of residence.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DELIVERY & RETURNS - FREE SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE

We deliver to all EU countries using a courier service with GLS. Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days and 7 days worldwide. We have extended the dates of our holiday season returns policy to make purchasing a gift even easier.

The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery by sending them back in perfect condition and in original wrapping. We will accept returned items as long as they have not been worn or washed and if they are returned with their labels and tags intact. Please note that shipping charges of exchanges or refunds are at your expense. If exchanging or returning items, please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods. Choose a currier that supplies you with a tracking number or ship by registered mail. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item (in the condition as described above) to the correct destination. If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Won Hundred is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Exchanges

You can return your order within 14 days upon delivery. It is free to exchange items for a different size or product within the same price range, which means that WonHundred.com won´t charge additional shipping on exchanges. However, return shipping charges are at your own expense. To exchange an item, simply use the return note to specify the new item, size or color you require, or if you would rather have a refund and ship to the address below. All exchanges are subject to availability. Please note that we are only able to offer exchanges within the same price range

Receiving a refund.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card or if you prefer as a store credit. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items. Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of WonHundred.com However, they can only be refunded as a store credit.
If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. WonHundred.com is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Important Information

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items should be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. WonHundred.com cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes must be returned in their original,undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to WonHundred.com. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for. Therefore, chose a currier that supplies you with a tracking number or ship by registered mail. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Outlet items cannot be exchanged.
We prefer that international orders are returned to us via gls to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means.

Sale

Sale items or items bought during a promotion can be returned under the same hassle free policy as full priced items, except we ask that they are returned within 14 days of delivery!

WonHundred.com Quality Guarantee

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

I can’t find a certain item in your web shop, is there any chance I may find it elsewhere?
The best way to get a hold of items that are not available in the web shop is to sign up at our waiting list for the product. That way, your order will receive priority when the item is back in stock.
How do I find my size?
Please visit our size guide. For additional questions regarding sizes please feel free contacting our customer service team.
How do I return an item?
We offer full refunds or exchange of items (if stock available) within 14 days upon delivery. Items must be returned unused in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense.
You will find a form at the together with your receipt, which has to be filled out correctly. Remember to state your order number. Also clarify which items you are sending back, and why you wish to return them.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within two weeks of the return.
How do I exchange an item?
During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange of items, which you must be returned in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice.
Shipping charges on the returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. However, WonHundred.com will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.

Can I change my order?
An order cannot be changed once the merchandise has been processed at our warehouse. However, items may still be exchanged or returned within 14 days after you have received them. In such cases, shipping charges on the returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Check the order status at www.gls-group.eu. Please contact us ((link)) as soon as possible and notify us of the changes you wish to make. Make sure to have your order number available.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be fulfilled within two business days, subject to card clearance and stock availability. However, we do aim to ship every order the same day. We operate Monday to Friday except from Danish public holidays.

Where is my order?
Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking number. Sign in to your account and click ”My Profile” for tracking and shipping status.

Can I add items to my order?
Additional items must be handled as a separate order in the web shop. If the first order has not already been processed at our logistical center, we might be able to combine the orders.. In such case, the additional shipping charge will be refunded to the original purchaser’s credit card.

To improve your chances of receiving all items in the same shipment, please let us know about your orders as soon as possible. Please contact us thru the contact page.
Returns and Exchanges
I have received a faulty product, what should I do?
We will help you manage the shipment back to us, and make sure a new item is sent to you. Since we need to establish the details of the damage before we decide how to return the item, please do not send anything back to us without our knowledge and confirmation. Can I exchange for a more expensive product?
For security reasons, we do not save your payment information in our database. Therefore, you are not able to exchange an item for a more expensive one. If you make an exchange for a less expensive item, you will receive a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Delivery
How long time does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping usually takes between one and three days, but may take up to five days for some destinations.

How do I collect my order?
Your order will be shipped to your local delivery point. GLS will notify you by sms or email when your package is ready for pickup.

Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from the Won Hundred's warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

In the same way the costumer have the responsibility items during returns and exchanges.
