In the beginning of 2012 Won Hundred will open up a combined mens/womens store in Aarhus. For that reason we are seeking a passionate and innovative Store Manager, who is responsible and can administrate the store.
We expect you have experience from the retail industry, as it will be your responsibility that the store constantly develops, gains good results and fits together with Won Hundred’s concept. You will also be responsible for the budget and employees in the shop.
It’s important that you are engaged, can think outside the box and affect people with your spirit and drive. It'a your engagement that makes it a good experience for the consumer and the employee. There will be continuous sparring between you and our retail manager.

Your qualifications:
- You are a dedicated and experienced sales person in the fashion industry with knowledge of management.
- Can inspire and motivate people around you.
- Updated on fashion and trends.
- You are outgoing, open-minded and result-oriented.
- You are flexible in regard to work hours.
- You can identify yourself with Won Hundred.
- Familiar with Back Office.

Your assignments:
- Sales and costumer service.
- Administration of the store and team coaching.
- Responsible of turn over and budget.
- Responsible for stock.
- Maintenance of the store in accordance to the Won Hundred concept.
